Dearest folks:- Thank you for the Eastern greeting. I had a number of pretty cards. One from Mildred with letter. They are so tired of the rain. Like Oregon, excpet for so much rain. They are planning to winter in California and Arizona. She and Vic were engaged in house cleaning the trailer.
My hand and knees still sore. Left thumb almost useless and hurts to touch and very swollen. Am going to chapter meeting this afternoon. All the family but me went to Lakeside on picnic Sunday. Bobbie, Adrian and I went to church. They went on picnic after church. Went to 9:30 service so baby could go to sunday school.
