Dear Aunt Edna & Uncle Jess:
We received our walnuts and the children's books and thanks loads. I'm thankful that the girls still believe in Santa - it makes Christmas so exciting. We had three "openings" - first at home - then at jacksons and on down to San Diego. It's the first Christmas we've had at my folks' for quite some time. I was glad to see Mama looking better. I imagine you had a lot of fun with Sally and Jessie. We always intend to stop by on our way back and always get too late a start. Maybe we can come see you some Sunday and have a look at Betty's house too.
